Alex is an Associate Partner in our UK&I People Advisory Services team, based in Reading.
He leads EY’s Equity Reward team nationally, working with a variety of clients on the design, implementation and operation of long-term incentive plans and all employee equity programmes.
He advises a wide range of clients, including large UK PLCs, international companies, and high-growth private businesses across all sectors.
