Henry is a Partner for EY-Parthenon within the UK&I Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy practice. He is experienced at bringing clarity to stakeholders, often in challenging situations requiring rapid stabilisation to protect lenders’ positions and creativity to advise on complex financial restructurings.

He advises a range of cross-border stakeholders with a particular focus on banks and credit funds exposed to underperforming businesses. His sector experience spans energy and infrastructure, real estate, construction, healthcare, retail and leisure, Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications (TMT), and industrials.

Henry has a BA (Hons) in History from the University of Durham, is a Chartered Accountant and is Joint Insolvency Examination Board qualified.
