Michael has 20 years global experience in the GPS sector with operational and consulting roles in: security, defence, education, central and local government, infrastructure and utilities. His knowledge and experience helps supports C-suite leaders to transform public services and remains committed to helping the government serve its citizens more effectively.

Currently, he is passionate about designing teams of human and non-human workers to create coherent, high-value organisations. His work focuses on adapting human organisations to maximise opportunities presented by purpose, collaboration and technology.

He holds a Master of Arts in Russian Politics from UCL London and is a Non-executive Director for the National Robotic Lab at Leeds University.

How Michael is building a better working world 

Michael focuses on the human aspect of change. Using his experience of hostile environments, he coaches adults on building the emotional resilience needed. He also runs robot building sessions in his local primary school to de-mystify digital workers for the next generation of organisational leaders.
