Mike’s background is in private equity value creation, post-merger integration, operational due diligence, carve-out and Quantified Financial Benefit Statements (QFBS).
Since joining EY, Mike has been working with clients from the aviation, technology, media & entertainment, and telecommunications (TMT), travel and leisure, and aerospace and defense sectors, helping them to enhance their operating models and deliver efficiency.
