Nick is EY Global Mobility Leader within People Advisory Services. He has over 30 years of experience advising some of the world’s largest employers on the people issues associated with globalization.
Talent management, mobility program and policy design and global rewards are key areas of focus for Nick and the teams he leads. He has worked in London and Sydney and is now based in Hong Kong with a keen focus on the Asia-Pacific market.
Currently, he is leading a significant transformation of EY mobility digital platform to drive consumer grade employee experiences, an integrated and broad corporate digital view of mobility and an ecosystem of alliances to support these journeys.
Nick earned a Bachelor of Economics (Hons) from the University of Kent, UK.
