Nicola joined EY in 2000, and he is the Insurance Advisory leader for Italy and member of EMEIA FSO Partner Forum.

A strong entrepreneurship professional skilled in financial risk, enterprise risk management, internal audit, risk management and consolidation, Nicola’s career has focused on the insurance industry with a specific emphasis in transformation projects, both financial and organizational. He has nearly 20 years of experience in management consulting.

Prior to joining EY, he spent three years in a financial audit practice at another Big Four organization. He is Client Serving Partner for many Italian insurers.

Nicola holds a degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Parma.
