Philip is currently a Non-Executive Director (NED) and Chair of the Governance, Audit and Risk Committee (GARC) for Quilter Cheviot. 

He has a wealth of experience in the financial services sector and brings strong technical knowledge of financial reporting, accounting and auditing. 

Philip has worked extensively with boards, audit committees and management teams across both large and listed companies.
