How Stuart is building a better working world
My focus is on the improvement of our business so that we can invest more into our clients, our people and society. This means creating a diverse, supportive, collaborative and inclusive culture which attracts the best talent, as well as harnessing emerging technologies and business models to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
I’m passionate about helping our people to achieve their potential. The success of any leader is first and foremost their track record of contributing to the progress of the careers of their team members. I am really proud of the number of people I have supported to achieve their career goals by helping the team cultivate a strong desire to provide world class client service and by leading from the front in client discussions.
