Tom Hill

Tom is a manager in the FinTech team. The team helps FinTechs, financial institutions and investors on a wide range of strategic, operational, capital-raising and deal-related issues.

In his role, Tom supports financial services clients as they collaborate with FinTechs. Tom has led a number of insight-driven research projects, authoring both the ‘Building better together’ report with Tech Nation and the EY UK FinTech Census. He was also a contributor to the skills and talent chapter of HM Treasury's Kalifa Review of UK Fintech.

Prior to EY, Tom started his professional career in Australia, supporting the initial build-out and development of one of Asia-Pacific’s leading innovation hubs.

Tom holds a BSc in Mathematics and Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
