Victoria joined EY in 2006 having qualified during her time at a small accountancy practice. She is Fellow Chartered Accountant, a Chartered Tax Adviser and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management. Until recently, Victoria led the entrepreneurial tax practive in the North working with some of the region’s most dynamic businesses; supporting them on their growth journeys and helping them respond to the ever changing tax environment.
Currently Victoria leads the national Private Client Service team. She spends the majority of her days advising clients on issues ranging from funding and structuring through to estate planning and running family offices.
As a working mum Victoria is passionate about diversity and flexible working and is proud to support a number of initiatives both within the firm and externally.
How Victoria is building a better working world
Victoria is passionate about helping young people to realise their career ambitions and is a devoted supporter of EY Foundation programme. In aid of the charity, she recently trekked across the Sahara and also completed the Yorkshire Three Peaks with alumni from the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year programme.
In October 2020, Victoria will be climbing Kilimanjaro to raise money for the charity OnSide to support them opening a new Youth Zone in Warrington. This will provide a place for young people to go to with fun activities, learn new skills and socialise in a safe, positive way.
Victoria also works with a number of women’s networks and charities in the North West of England.
