With more than 30 years of experience in providing financial and strategy and transactions to a wide variety of global clients, Greg is an EY Global Client Service Partner. He is also the Global Food Sector leader for EY Americas Consumer Products & Retail Strategy and Transactions. He has formerly served as the EY Global and Americas Consumer Products & Retail Strategy and Transactions Leader.
Seasoned in working with branded consumer products, food and beverage, media and entertainment, industrial products and technology sectors, he advises consumer companies in matters of strategy, acquisitions, divestitures, JV and alliances.
He has also advised over 200 CEOs and their executive teams in matters regarding transaction and growth strategies.
A licensed Certified Public Accountant in Illinois, Greg joined EY in 1996 and has been a partner since 1999. Prior to joining the organization, he was employed at another Big Four firm.
Greg earned his BS in Accounting from West Virginia University.
