Janos advises both listed corporations and medium-sized companies primarily on cross-border transactions as well as contentious disputes. In addition, he leads the global Advanced Manufacturing and Mobility Law sector and has know-how in the field of legal technology and in the implementation of innovative processes. Previously, he worked for renowned law firms in Stuttgart and Hamburg.
Janos Oszvald studied law at the University of Tübingen and sports law at the University of Hagen. Following a master's degree at the University of Buckingham, UK (LLM), he graduated as Doctor.
