Katie engages with a broad range of stakeholders around the world, contributing to policy debates and providing insights and perspectives on a range of issues across audit, tax, corporate reporting and corporate governance, and increasingly digital innovation, data privacy, cybersecurity and the future of work. In her 30 years with the EY organization, Katie has led international teams in both client-serving and Professional Practice roles.

Before Public Policy, Katie was a member of the EY Americas FSO Quality Network where she coached public company engagement teams on complex auditing issues. She previously spent seven years in the EY Professional Practice group, monitoring external inspections and overseeing internal AQR inspections, both in and outside the US.

Katie is a member of the EY Global Disability Working Group, the Partner Consulting Council for the EY AccessAbilities Network Steering Committee and also sits on the Board of the National Capital Area’s chapter of Autism Speaks.

How Katie is building a better working world

As an advocate for EY Neurodiversity Centers of Excellence, Katie recognizes how diverse talent helps advance business, capital markets and society as a whole. She also works in the business community to expand and support other local neurodiversity programs.
