Katrien De Cauwer

As a partner within EY Financial Services, Katrien is leading our Actuarial Services, CFO Consulting and Sustainable Finance practices in Belgium. Together with her teams, Katrien is supporting Financial Services organizations in responding to challenges and opportunities regarding Sustainability as well as in making sure their finance and actuarial teams are future-proof.

Prior to joining EY in 2009, Katrien worked for 10 years in the insurance sector, for 2 leading Belgian insurance companies. During this period she took up several roles in risk, finance and product development.

Katrien holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economics and a Master’s degree in Actuarial Sciences from the KU Leuven. She is an IA|BE qualified actuary and obtained the Sustainability and Climate Risk GARP certification.

How Katrien is building a better working world
