Shota Baba is very knowledgeable and has vast experience in the fields of accounting (IFRS, Belgian GAAP, Japanese GAAP), audit and J-Sox, the Japanese internal control regulation.  In addition to advising on tax matters such as personal and corporate tax he is an expert in immigration and legal matters. Finally, he supports companies with their IPO, M&A and restructuring.

Shota Baba holds several qualifications such as CPA (Japan), CFA® and is an Associate of the Institute of Actuaries in Japan.
