Alex is a Vice President in EY’s Economic Advisory practice. He is a trained economist with more than 15 years’ experience delivering practical and actionable economic, strategy, and policy advice to public and private sector entities. He focuses on socio-economic impact analysis; government value for money assessments; business case development and economic appraisal; policy development and assessment; performance improvement and strategic planning; and economic, revenue and operational cost modelling.
Alex works with infrastructure-focused clients at all levels of government and from the private sector. He has provided a wide range of economic advice, including cost-benefit analysis, economic impact modelling and wider socio-economic benefits assessments to support the development of public transportation business cases across both Canada and Australia across all modes.
