Bill is a Managing Director with EY-Parthenon Corporate Finance Inc. and leads the Debt Capital Markets Advisory team in Canada. Bill has over 25 years of experience in debt capital advisory for public & private companies and has in-depth experience advising on complex debt advisory & placement projects, underwriting, loan structuring, workouts, leveraging finance and risk management.
Prior to Bill working at EY, he worked for two of Canada's top banks in executive leadership positions. Within these roles Bill oversaw a $10 billion-dollar book of business in commercial, corporate, and international banking transactions.
Bill holds his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ryerson University and Advanced Leadership certificate from Rotman School of Management. Bill also has his CPA designation.
