Brock is an EY Canada partner who has a deep passion for M&A. He leads our National Engineering and Construction, and National Transportation practices.
Building on two decades of experience, Brock specializes in all facets of corporate finance. He advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, transactions, financings, valuations, business planning and strategic options. Brock has led more than 70 domestic, cross-border and distressed M&A and financing transactions. He brings sell-side, buy-side and financing knowledge and deep experience working with private, public, private equity and government organizations.
Brock is both a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Manitoba. He is a registered Series 7 and 63 representative with FINRA.
