Colin is the National Leader of EY’s Canadian Valuation, Modelling & Economics practice. He brings more than 30 years of professional experience to the role. Colin directs the provision of Canadian of the practice’s services, including in the context of broader interdisciplinary and international mandates.
Colin is responsible for valuation, modelling and economics services for matters such as fairness opinions; fair value reporting (purchase price allocation, impairment and other issues); corporate restructuring and insolvency; acquisition and divestiture transactions; corporate reorganizations and tax planning; litigation and dispute resolution; forecasting and planning analyses; and economic studies and analyses.
Colin’s experience includes providing advisory services to many of Canada’s most prominent public and private companies across a variety of sectors, including valuations and analyses for critical matters, fairness opinions and expert testimony.
Colin holds the CPA, CA; CBV; and CFA professional designations.
