David is a Toronto-based Partner at EY-Parthenon focused oncorporate strategy, transactions and business transformation.
David has served management teams and investors across a wide range of topics, including corporate strategy, commercial and operational transformations, buy- and sell-side diligences, exit readiness and M&A.
His experience spans numerous industries, allowing him to work closely with C-suite executives to develop and implement tailored strategies aligned to sector contexts. David has led multiple high-profile enterprise transformations, including significant growth and cost-reduction initiatives and broad restructuring efforts.
Prior to joining EY-Parthenon, David was a partner at McKinsey & Company, where he was a leader in the Transformation practice. He holds an MBA from Queen’s University, where he was class President and a BA (Hons) in Economics from McMaster University.
