David is a Managing Director with EY-Parthenon Corporate Finance Inc. He leads the firm’s Capital Market Advisory practice in Western Canada and has more than 24 years of international corporate and commercial banking experience, including public and private companies and public sector industries in New Zealand, the UK and Canada.

David is an experienced lender, having financed mergers, acquisitions, expansions, workouts and buyouts. He has significant knowledge in structuring lending transactions to meet clients’ financing objectives. Prior to joining EY, David held leadership positions at BMO Bank of Montreal.
