He has extensive experience supporting organizations across the metals and minerals value chain, including base metals, precious metals, critical minerals, steel, iron ore and aluminum. His work has helped clients evaluate growth opportunities, make informed investment decisions and drive long-term shareholder returns.

Prior to joining EY in 2019, Jon held senior leadership positions in the mining sector, management consulting, investment advisory and operations focused on growth and transformation initiatives.

Jon holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
