Mike is an Associate Partner in EY Canada’s Transformation Architecture practice and is the leader of EY’s Rapid Profit Transformation (RPT) solution. In his capacity as RPT leader Mike provides access to EY’s full set of capabilities to support profit improvement initiatives for a wide range of clients.

Mike built his career guiding comprehensive transformation programs – from digital enablement, partnerships and governance design to change and stakeholder management, communications and executive mentoring. He’s passionate about reducing complexity by designing and executing strategic programs that enable companies, cities and communities to work and live better. Prior to joining EY, Mike served in a number of senior executive positions, including Chief Transformation Officer at the City of Toronto.

Mike holds an Honours Bachelor of Science (International Development Studies) from the University of Toronto. He also earned a Master’s of Business Administration (Consulting) from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.
