Patrick is a Vice President in the EY Strategy and Transaction practice, focusing on capital markets in Québec. He has extensive experience advising companies on complex transactions, including debt financing, minority and majority equity financing, management buyouts, dividend recapitalizations, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring initiatives across various industries.

Patrick works closely with clients to develop tailored financial strategies and optimize capital structures. His knowledge spans multiple sectors, including manufacturing, technology and health care, where he consistently delivers value by helping clients align their financial solutions with their strategic objectives.

Patrick holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Accounting and Finance from Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business and a Master’s in Corporate Finance from the University of Sherbrooke. Patrick is also a CFA charterholder.
