Sharon is a Partner at EY Canada. Her focus is financial restructuring in the Strategy and Transactions Practice.
As the Canadian Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy Leader, she has played a pivotal role in some of the largest corporate restructurings in Canada, working with various stakeholders, including debtors, lenders and bondholders. Her extensive experience encompasses formal court proceedings and informal consulting assignments related to debt and operational restructuring.
Sharon is actively involved in the insolvency community. She is a member of the Insolvency Institute of Canada and the International Insolvency Institute, as well as the Ontario Superior Court Commercial List Users’ Committee. She’s past President of the Turnaround Management Association (Toronto Chapter). She has held leadership positions with several other professional organizations focused on insolvency and restructuring.
