Zahra is a Managing Director with EY-Parthenon Corporate Finance Inc. based in Toronto, and is our Canadian Food & Beverage M&A Leader. She specializes in providing mergers and acquisition, corporate finance and valuation advisory services to private company business owners. In particular, Zahra focuses on working with clients in the food, beverage and consumer products sector.

In addition to transaction execution, Zahra works with her clients to advise on ownership structuring and strategic options analysis, including the preparation of businesses for sale.

Zahra holds her Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certifications.
