Environmental credentials

The facilities management activities of our UK offices are certified to ISO 14001:2015 environmental management standard by the UKAS-accredited auditing body BSI.

In 2024, Ernst & Young LLP ('EY UK') was awarded a BRONZE rating. Our scorecard is available to view via EcoVadis.

EY UK is a signatory to the Green Pensions Charter with a net-zero emissions target for our staff pension investments by 2050.

EY UK complies with and reports under the Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme (ESOS) and Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting (SECR) requirements. 

EY UK reports against Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) requirements i.e., governance mechanisms, strategy, risk management and targets, metrics and performance in relation to climate-related risks and opportunities. This is in compliance with the Limited Liability Partnerships (Climate-related Financial Disclosure) Regulations 2022 and the UK government’s policy on SECR. It is incorporated into the ‘Energy and Carbon Report’ section of the Ernst & Young LLP Members’ Annual Report and Financial Statements.
