FAQ:

Will we get paid for services/goods provided from now on?

Only goods and services provided from 6 January 2026 and which have been approved and requested by the Joint Administrators will be paid as an expense of the Administration. For the avoidance of doubt, in order for invoices post-6 January 2026 to be paid, they will require to be pre-approved by the Joint Administrators. Invoices received from suppliers for services which have not been requested by the Joint Administrators will not be paid.

Where should I direct any queries regarding the Administration of the Company?

Correspondence and queries should be sent to battcables@uk.ey.com. A member of the Joint Administrators’ team will then get in touch with you and we will aim to respond to you within 10 business days.
