EY-Parthenon announces three new Partner appointments

EY-Parthenon has announced the appointment of three new Partners to its Strategy practice as it invests in continued growth.

Suraj Ramaprasad will lead EY-Parthenon’s Digital and Technology Strategy practice for the UK & Ireland. He brings over 25 years’ experience in advising corporate and private equity clients across UK, Europe, Middle East and India on commercial, operational, digital and IT strategy topics. Suraj specialises in helping businesses identify innovative digital-led commercial value propositions to address growth, efficiency or agility objectives. Prior to joining EY, Suraj was Managing Director at CEO-advisory firm Teneo, where he set up and led the Digital Strategy practice. He has previously worked in Infosys Consulting and Accenture. 

Darshan Vora will co-lead EY-Parthenon’s Health Sciences and Wellness team for the UK & Ireland. He will be responsible for driving both commercial transaction advisory and corporate strategy across the life sciences sector. Darshan is an experienced strategy professional who has worked with global organisations and PE investors for over 12 years. He started his career at Oliver Wyman, where he was part of the life sciences team and was most recently a Partner in the health practice at Kearney.  

Karen Crum will co-lead EY-Parthenon’s Customer & Growth Strategy practice for the UK & Ireland – a pan-sector team which helps maximise profitable growth for clients. She brings 20 years’ experience in advising clients on brand, marketing, corporate and growth strategy, working across tech, finance, health & life sciences and consumer products & retail. Karen joins after 10 years at McCann World Group, where she led strategy for some of its largest global clients. She started her career as a Bioinformatician at a UK Biotech, before joining Ogilvy’s health practice.  

EY-Parthenon’s Strategy practice brings together deep sector knowledge and experience of executing corporate, transaction and turnaround strategies to help clients design and deliver long-term value.
