How Adrian is shaping the future with confidence
“I believe diversity, equity and inclusiveness (DE&I) is critical for all businesses – large or small – and we are strongly committed to it in the EY organisation. I actively talk to my clients on this topic by sharing examples of what we do and I encourage our teams to do the same using the example of our EY networks and communities to spark ideas and help the companies we work with progress their own DE&I agendas. We also learn from other companies by working closely with them in this way.”
