As EY UK Chair, Alison is responsible for providing leadership of the UK LLP Board, ensuring it works effectively with executive management whilst providing independent oversight of the strategic direction and operational management of the firm.
Alison has been an Equity partner since 2003, during which time she has been the Global Client Service Partner and Lead Audit Partner for a number of FTSE 100 companies.
Her previous roles include EY UK Head of Regulatory and Public Policy, Chair of the EY UK Audit Committee and Deputy Chair of the UK&I Regional Partner Forum.
She was a member of both the EY EMEIA Advisory Council and Global Governance Council for seven years until November 2023, and a member of the UK LLP Board since 2021.
Previously, a Trustee and Chair of an education-focussed charity, supporting their mission to help every child fulfill their potential.
