She has helped shape industry standards, including the UK government’s first Project Delivery Framework and Cost Estimating Guidance, now widely adopted across major public projects.
Andrea holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, is a certified MSP Advanced Practitioner and Project Management Professional (PMP), and is a Chartered Management Consultant (ChMC).
