Infrastructure leader with over 20 years of shaping major projects. Champion of sustainable infrastructure. Inclusion advocate. American-turned-Londoner. Parent of two, avid cook and strength trainer.

Andrea leads a multi-disciplinary team, guiding clients through complex capital programmes.

She brings more than 20 years’ experience delivering projects and transforming large infrastructure portfolios across Europe and North America, representing over £300 billion in assets. She has helped shape industry standards, including the UK government’s first Project Delivery Framework and Cost Estimating Guidance, now widely adopted across major public projects.

Andrea holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, is a certified MSP Advanced Practitioner and Project Management Professional (PMP), and is a Chartered Management Consultant (ChMC).

Alongside her client work, Andrea mentors young people and advocates for widening access to careers in engineering and infrastructure — helping to build a more inclusive future for the next generation.
