Andrew leads the UK&I People Consulting team of over 500 practitioners, dedicated to helping clients transform, grow and operate their global workforces by putting people at the centre of everything they do.
With over 25 years of experience, he has successfully managed complex, global, multi-year business transformation programmes across various sectors, with an emphasis on the energy sector. He has a passion for developing leadership teams, preparing them to navigate programmes of change.
He is a Chartered Management Accountant and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
He has a first-class degree in Engineering from the University of Bristol.
How Andrew is building a better working world
For the past five years, Andrew has been a Board member and the Investment Director of the Social Business Trust, an organisation that provides funding and business advice to accelerate the growth of social enterprises, increasing social impact and making sustainable positive change.
Andrew also volunteers his time to provide strategic investment advice to a London-based charity, that focusses on providing support to individuals with mental health challenges. The charity helps them find and sustain meaningful employment opportunities.
