She works with businesses facing complex challenges, including energy transition, decarbonisation, supply chain resilience, workforce transformation and technological disruption.
Annie joined the EY organisation as a summer intern in 1997 and became a partner at the age of 29. During her career, she has held several senior leadership positions, most recently serving as the Head of Audit at Ernst & Young LLP (EY UK) and, previously, as EY UK&I Audit Chief Operating Officer.
She has extensive experience working with FTSE 100 organisations and fast-growing businesses across multiple industries, helping leaders navigate change and deliver long-term value.
Annie is also a member of the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
