Ben joined the firm in 1994 and has been an Equity Partner in Consulting since 2006. He’s held multiple leadership roles, focussed on bringing the full range of EY capabilities to our clients.
Ben focusses on Consumer Products and Retail. He is currently concentrating on driving growth across all service lines as consulting finance solution leader and cross-service line finance field of play leader.
As a Global 360 (G360) client service provider and Markets Partner, he has worked with many FTSE 50 companies and is the convening Partner for the FTSE 40 Controllers’ Network. He is currently the Global Client Service Provider (GCSP) for a FTSE 10 company, fostering effective services and board-level relationships as they transform in response to fundamental shifts in the industry.
Elected to the UK EY LLP Board in July 2025.
He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Politics and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
