Christabel is the EY UK&I Chief Financial Officer, the Service Line Leader for EY UK&I Core Business Services (CBS) and an Assurance service line partner.
Joining EY UK&I in 2002, she initially worked in Strategy and Transactions before moving to Audit and becoming Partner in 2006. She focusses primarily on large businesses in the utilities and retail sectors.
In 2011, she was appointed Head of Audit for the North of England and became the Chief Operating Officer for UK&I Assurance and Head of the Extended Assurance practice in 2014.
In 2018, she took on the role of Head of Regulatory and Public Policy and joined the EY UK Board.
Currently, as the Core Business Services (CBS) Managing Partner, Christabel leads a team of 2,000 professionals across various functions. Since April 2025, she has also served as EY UK&I Chief Financial Officer, overseeing financial operations with a focus on resilience.
