Conor is an Associated Partner within EY UK&I and currently leads the Law Tax team which supports EY Law’s Transaction teams through drafting, negotiating and agreeing the tax provisions in the relevant legal transaction documents. He has almost 20 years of experience as a tax lawyer specialising in corporate taxation in both an international and a domestic context, with extensive experience in mergers and acquisition transactions, private equity and internal reorganisations.
Conor has a degree from Exeter University in Engineering Science.
