Dan is a Partner for EY-Parthenon in the UK and leads the Midlands Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy Team working with underperforming and distressed businesses. He is a chartered accountant and an appointment taking licensed insolvency practitioner.

Dan joined EY in 2002 following a merger with a large corporate restructuring practice. He has over 22 years experience in the field of restructuring and his skills include stakeholder management and turnaround, independent business reviews, distressed corporate advisory work, working capital management projects, accelerated acquisition and disposal mandates, and formal insolvency projects across a wide range of sectors and for a diverse client base.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Economics from The University of Birmingham.
