In her role as EY’s UK&I National Markets Managing Partner, Debbie is responsible for the performance of 15 offices outside of London.

Debbie also leads EY’s UK Private Middle Market Business focusing on fast growth and entrepreneurial businesses.

Debbie is a Trustee of EY Foundation, a UK charity which helps young people achieve their career ambitions, and helps social entrepreneurs scale up.

In addition to a strong career background in professional services, Debbie has also worked at a Housing Association in the North West of England.

She has a bachelor's degree in Economics from The University of Manchester.
