Jane is an Associate Partner for EY-Parthenon within UK&I who specialises in advising on the strength of support provided by companies to their UK defined benefit pension schemes.

She advises stakeholders in situations involving pension scheme obligations, from trustees to companies, regulators, government and funders, ranging from ‘steady state’ governance, through to negotiating in distressed or transactional situations.

Jane has been involved with some of the largest and most high-profile pensions cases in recent years, including many involving the UK Pensions Regulator. She joined EY in November 2019 from another professional services pensions covenant team, with a background in restructuring and insolvency.

Jane has an MA in Architecture from Cambridge University, and is an amateur musician in her spare time.
