As Risk Management Managing Partner, Jane currently leads all compliance and risk management activity for the UK firm. Jane is also a member of the UK&I executive team and Financial Services leadership team.
Previously, Jane has led complex engagements in the banking sector, with a focus on financial management and regulatory remediation.
She has also held a number of leadership roles in EY, including Talent and Partner Matters Leader in Financial Service in Ernst & Young LLP and Area Talent leader for EY EMEIA Advisory.
Jane read Modern and Medieval Languages at Cambridge University.
How Jane is building a better working world
Alongside her market role, Jane has dedicated herself to supporting EY people to have the best possible experiences with the organisation. This has included a focus on bringing more female and ethnic minority colleagues through to leadership levels, both through driving organisation-wide initiatives and through personal mentoring and coaching.
