Javier leads the EY UK&I Assurance business, overseeing a team of more than 8,000 audit and assurance professionals. He is also responsible for the Financial Services Assurance practice across the region, supporting delivery for complex banking and financial services engagements.
With around 30 years’ experience in the organisation, Javier has worked in the UK, Spain and Australia. He has led audits for large, listed entities, including FTSE 100 organisations, as well as global banking audits and advisory engagements within the financial services sector.
Javier holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Warwick.
