Julia is Partner within the EY UK&I consulting practice. She is a change leader focused on finance transformation and global business services.
She has over 20 years of experience in implementing complex change programmes. Julia started her career working in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) roles, as she trained as a chartered management accountant with business services companies.
She has a wide range of operational experience within shared services and global business services (GBS).
In her current role Julia helps clients’ shape and implement their operating model strategies across the different dimensions of organisation: people, process and technology.
She has completed a B.Sc. from the Manchester Metropolitan University.
