How Justine is building a better working world

“At a time when the future of work is unfolding rapidly, my role is to build talent strategies that will help future-proof our business. As well as contributing to the long-term health of EY, these strategies can give better access to a broader cross-section of people, helping improve the makeup of our leadership.

EY has the power to supply the role models and best practices that will help shape corporate culture and society in the future. We have a real opportunity to build on the success achieved so far and help the talent agenda at EY go faster and further.”
