Kamran leads the EY Learning and Digital Engagement services globally and acts as Engagement Partner at Ernst & Young – United Kingdom on complex global assignments. He devised EY’s approach to learning and digital engagement and is focused on educating client staff on a variety of organizational capability transformations across a range of client sectors.

Focusing on how to reskill workforces to better deal with the challenges of today’s transformational age, Kamran advises major corporates, academic institutions and governments. 

He is a keynote speaker at EY conferences and roundtables on organizational learning. In addition, he sits on the disciplinary committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has been a part-time lecturer at the London School of Economics.

Kamran earned a BS in Finance and Accounting at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Passionate about education, Kamran is working with a range of charities as they seek to upskill and transform the capabilities of disadvantaged people across the world. 

As the former sponsoring partner of the EY Muslim network, he actively helps build an inclusive and diverse workforce. He has presented to the UK Parliament on religious literacy in the workplace and has sponsored the development of Religious Literacy Learning for EY clients.
