How Karina is building a better working world
“I work with corporates and trustees to deliver sustainable and innovative solutions for defined benefit pensions schemes and their sponsors, whilst protecting the position of pension scheme members. I help stakeholders navigate a changing pensions environment to make confident decisions for the future.
I co-lead the Women in Pensions network, which brings together a community of over 400 women across the industry to discuss key topics and support cross-industry mentoring.
I also recently participated in an EY Ripples programme, partnering with a local school leader to improve educational outcomes by sharing business experience.”
