How Katerina is building a better working world

I am helping to build a better working world through my commitment to staff development, team building and my desire to create a knowledge-sharing culture.

I’ve been heavily involved with internal technical training programs for staff of various levels, to ensure they have a well-rounded knowledge of US taxation.

Through this training, I help staff enhance their commercial and soft skills. This maximises the potential of our staff and helps their talent grow, which in turn, provides quality services for our clients.

I also organise corporate volunteering days (CSR), which allows us to contribute to   local causes, helps with team building and increases employees’ uptake.
