Kath leads complex audits for large-scale businesses, including FTSE 100 companies. She served as EY UK&I Assurance Managing Partner and, previously, as EY UK&I Assurance Chief Operating Officer.
During her career, Kath has worked in Birmingham, London and the US across a range of sectors, including consumer, industrial products and transport. Her experience spans audit, large corporate transactions and wider corporate reporting.
Kath joined the EY organisation as a graduate trainee in Birmingham in 1992, qualified as a chartered accountant in 1996, and became a Partner at Ernst & Young LLP (EY UK) in 2006. She holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Warwick.
