Kath Barrow
Assurance leader and a member of the UK&I Executive. FTSE100 audit partner. A fan of theatre, travel, and the South West countryside.
Kath is the EY UK&I Managing Partner for Assurance. She has nearly 30 years of experience with EY and has been a Partner since 2006. Before taking on the role of Managing Partner, Kath was the UK&I Assurance Practice Chief Operating Officer. She leads the audits of three FTSE100 companies.
During her career, Kath has worked in Birmingham, London and the US and has worked across many sectors including consumer, industrial products and transport. Kath’s experience covers audit, large corporate transactions, and wider corporate reporting issues.
Kath joined EY as a graduate trainee in Birmingham in 1992, qualifying as a chartered accountant in 1996.
Kath has a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Warwick.
