As a Partner in Corporate Governance Ken advises companies on a range of governance matters from board effectiveness, nomination and audit committee best practice, whilst articulating long-term value creation and measurement. 

In 2019, he was was also appointed as a UK&I professional practice partner, and in this role advises audit teams on issues of risk and quality in relation to their audits. Prior to this, Ken led audit engagements of multi-national listed clients and specialised in the extractive industries sector.

Ken is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales.
