Lisa is a dual qualified lawyer who joined EY in 1998. She assumed the role of EY UK’s General Counsel on becoming Partner in 2006 and is responsible for all legal issues affecting the firm. Lisa and her team advise leadership and Partners on matters of contract, regulation, governance, transactions, litigation, employment, and overall practice protection.
